Our teams practice, year round, two times a week, every Monday and Wednesday at Weston Regional Basketball courts. Practices run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Teams work on player conditioning, offensive and defensive and individual skills.
Our basketball teams play in seasonal basketball leagues year round. Each season typically runs for two months, culminating in end of season basketball playoffs and basketball championship. All of our basketball games are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition, if we feel the team is ready, our basketball teams also participate in Basketball Travel Team Tournaments and/or AAU Basketball Tournaments throughout the Miami-dade and Broward County area. Our Basketball teams get to test their skills and match up against the best in our area. This additional commitment usually has us playing games throughout the weekend of the Tournament.
