Many of Hotshots coaches are highly experienced, with many having played at the collegiate or professional level. They are passionate about youth development and have a proven track record of success.

Yes, in addition to skills training, Hotshots has competitive travel teams that participate in local and regional tournaments.

Hotshots offers programs for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels, starting from as young as 5 years old through high school.

Travel basketball offers numerous benefits, including skill development, increased competition, exposure to college recruiters, and opportunities for personal growth.

While travel basketball is competitive, the focus should always be on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Choose a program that aligns with your child’s goals and values.

The level of travel varies depending on the team and tournament schedule. Some teams may compete primarily within their region, while others may travel nationally. Our teams play seasons, tournaments

Travel basketball is different from Recreational League basketball in that any player has no guaranteed playing time. Practice participation, overall improvement, and effectiveness will determine playing time. Coaches will do their best to get every player in the game, but some players will play more than others. 

Each team has 8-10 players. Teams are arranged by school grade. In cases where we have enough at a grade level to form two teams, there will be a Purple and a Blue team. Players will be placed accordingly at the coaches’ discretion.

Our seasons run in two-month intervals with a guarantee of 8 games, including a playoff weekend leading to a championship game. Our travel program runs throughout the year and participates in consecutive seasons.
